    Cancellation Policy

    Lessons are scheduled year round, except on national holidays.

    If you need to reschedule a lesson please call Rosie Mace at  (858) 748-8944,
    or (858) 248-2490, or send an e-mail as soon as possible, or at least 24 hours in
    advance of the lesson in order to schedule a makeup lesson. You can reschedule up to one
    lesson per month.

    In case of an emergency such as a sudden illness, please call, or leave a message on the
    answering machine as soon as possible  before your child's lesson is scheduled to start.
    Rosie will call you back to schedule a makeup lesson.

    In case of no-call-no-show the student forfeits the lesson - it will not be rescheduled,  
    no exceptions will be made

    If for any reason you decide to discontinue taking piano lessons,  please give the instructor at
    least 14 days notice.
